Lets paint a scenario here:
Today is Friday, midsummernights eve here. Public holiday, things are closed.
Tomorrow is Saturday, Midsummerday : public holiday, everything is closed.
The day after is Sunday, Things are closed.
I'm going to Norway on sunday.
My VISA has been blocked due to some purchase on the German ferry (dunno what, can't find out, due to above mentioned holidays)
My money is firmly lodged on my account, and I can use my internet bank. Cool. Then what? Nothing. I can get cash (SEK) from a friend by transferring between accounts and withdrawing them. Cool.
The exchange office is closed here until Monday.
The Excahnge office in Oslo is closed until Monday.
Then I'm stuck with SEK, and no way to change it nor my Czech money into NOK. I guess I can pay an outrageous fee to get SEK as NOK in kristiansand on Monday...
